Two-way SMS Short code
SMS Short code service is commonly used for lead generation or receiving feedbacks from the prospective customers. This is known as a two-way short code because it includes the following two steps:

A Keyword is a unique identifier for an organization on the short code. For instance, if your company’s name is "ORG Ltd" and you took a keyword say "ORG Ltd" on our short code then all customers enquiring on about your organization through the short code will be published on a URL that we would provide you.
- How does our short code service work?
- Customer sends the SMSes the keyword on 53030. Other short codes such as (56677, 58888 can be made available on request)
- A free automated reply content (customized) will be sent to that mobile number.
- The details of the customer sending an SMS will be displayed on a URL as shared by us.
- The details of the customer sending an SMS will be displayed on a URL as shared by us.
